Air Blasting

Ceremic nozzle: ø 6 mm or larger.
The nozzles vibrate as standard. There is a chamber only for air blowing around the exit port. The attachment/detachment method for products is selectable from among a robot type. Each single product from such a long products as a roll to a small one is con-tinuously blasted.

Several nozzles are equipped and some smaller table are placed on a larger table. Machine with separated chambers is designed for blasting by piece. Cycle time can be controlled by second or minute. Close position between loading and unloading makes space for operation smaller and robotizing possible. Machine with robot can be installed in an automated production line.
